Welcome to Shelby's Brasserie. Located in Bray,
and serving Contemporary International Cuisine, we are one
of County Wicklow's newest top quality restaurant.
Your hosts, Michelle and Bert Egan, would like to welcome
you to Shelby’s Brasserie on Main Street in Bray. It is one
of County Wicklow’s newest top quality restaurants. We are a
family-run establishment with very strong beliefs in
providing our customers with the best possible value whilst
not compromising on the quality of our food.
All our ingredients are sourced from the best local
producers as we never settle for less than the best of Irish
produce. We make a lot of our dishes gluten free, which
means they are perfectly safe for people with coeliac
disease. If a customer feels the need to alter any of our
dishes on the menu our chef will always try to accommodate
them.
The management and staff motto in Shelby’s is 'The customer
is always right'. Our employees are chosen very carefully,
ensuring that our customers’ night is truly a special one.
Nothing is a problem and if there is an issue we will go out
of our way to help solve it. We are also child-friendly and
welcome families (once children are kept under supervision).
We have an excellent value Early Bird Menu that runs Monday
to Saturday from 5pm to 7pm that consists of two courses
plus tea or coffee. On Sundays we have our ever popular four
course lunch menu. This is served between 1pm and 8pm and
has a fantastic selection on offer.
Shelby’s is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building
and though it is new and modern it has a wonderful ambiance
that is so often missing in other establishments. It is the
perfect location for a night out with friends, a romantic
candlelit dinner for two or a place to entertain corporate
clients. Whatever you are looking for, look no further.
We are very easy to find as we are located on the Main
Street in Bray and are very well serviced with public
transport. There is a bus stop outside the front door and
the Dart station is a mere 5 minute walk away.
